I'm part of a team of 4 people at Mersen's head office. We are in contact with all the group's subsidiaries all over the world.

Mersen is an international group that remains on a human scale. For me, this has made the opportunities to evolve, to participate in major projects and to explore new subjects more accessible.

I'm the only one in the plant that does production, it's pretty exciting. When you machine something you take some raw graphite and put it into a part.

I am lucky to be physically in a factory and working in an industrial world. I find it very interesting.

I started out as a Manufacturing Operator and, twenty years later, I hold a position as a Metal Products Purchaser.

I set customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to achieve these goals on a daily basis.
