First to Market: Mersen's 2000VDC HP20P Photovoltaic Fuse Series

Mersen, a global expert in electrical protection and control for electrical power systems is excited to announce our HP20P 2000VDC Photovoltaic fuse series!

Mersen’s NEW range of 2000VDC photovoltaic (PV) fuses is designed specifically to meet higher amperage demands of today’s PV circuits. HP20P series 22x85mm form factor is designed to handle the harsh cyclical loads and thermal conditions of customers’ highest amperage applications.

These 2000VDC rated fuses are designed for low minimum breaking capacity capabilities of 2 times the fuse rated current value at 2000VDC, which allows for safe circuit interruption under typical low fault current conditions.

In addition to the standard ferrule terminal, fuses will also be available with Crimp Cap terminals for in-line fuse applications. The unique wire crimp terminal (CC option) permits solderless wire-to-fuse connection for overmold encapsulation of fuse and wiring.
