Power Link - Features
- Compact design for PCB assembly
- High energy of up to 18Ws
- Shake-proof 4 pin connectors
- Self-healing polypropylene dielectric
- Customized values on request
PowerLink is a high energy, self-healing, PCB mount polypropylene film capacitor with up to 18Ws. The contact is made via 4 PCB pins. Capacitances from 6µF - 65µF and voltages from 700Vdc - 1500Vdc are available. The temperature range is 40°C – 85°C.
Other values are available on request.
The main areas of application are renewable energies, aviation technology, defense technology and lightning applications.
-
Power Link with press-fit contacts - Features
- Cost-effective PCB assembly without soldering
- Vibration-resistant up to 50g
- Low contact resistance
- Extremely gentle press-in process
The technical properties are the same as the standard PowerLink, but with press-in contacts from the EloPin® brand.
The press-in technique is a solderless, electromechanical connection method. A permanent, gas-tight connection is created between the press-in area of the pins and the metallized hole wall.
The EloPin complies with the specifications of DIN EN (IEC) 60352-5 as well as the increased requirements for automotive applications according to DIN (ISO) 60 352-5.
The use of press-fit contacts brings the user significant cost advantages with greater reliability than comparable soldered connections. -
Double Power Link - Features
- Two wraps in parallel, therefore half the PCB area
- High energy of up to 28Ws
- Shake-proof 4 pin connections
- Self-healing polypropylene dielectric
- Customer-specific values on request
The Double PowerLink is a self-healing, very high energy, PCB mount polypropylene film capacitor with up to 28Ws. The contact is made via 4 PCB pins. Capacitances from 11µF - 85µF and voltages from 700Vdc - 1500Vdc are available. The temperature range is 40°C – 85°C.
Other values are available upon request.
The main areas of application are renewable energies, aviation technology, defense technology and lightning applications.
