The data collected under this system is processed by MERSEN CORPORATE SERVICES and the company concerned by the report as joint data controllers for the purpose of setting up a professional whistleblowing system. In accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data and within the limits of these regulations, you have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing on grounds relating to your particular situation, the right to give instructions concerning your data after your death.
