Filing of an amendment to the 2022 universal registration document

Paris, April 18, 2023 – Mersen (Euronext FR0000039620 – MRN), a global expert in electrical power and advanced materials, announces that it has filed with the French Markets Authority (AMF), on April 17, 2023, a French version of the amendment to its 2022 universal registration document, filed with the AMF on March 21, 2023, under number D.23-0121.
