Fuse Holders and Systems

*BSL NH-vertical fuse rails are touch protected IP20. BSL are designed for direct installation on to bus bar systems in triple pole arrangements. BSL size 00, 160A are available in designs for 100 mm and 185 mm bus bar systems.*BSL 160A are designed for NH fuse-links in accordance with IEC/EN 60269-2, VDE 0636-2, size 00: 160A.*The system is a modular system that allows the installation of individual components. BSL offers the user the possibility of fast and easy installation as well as a high degree of protection during installation and maintenance.

INNOZED® is a fuse base for D0 fuse-links, sizes D01 and D02.
It is designed for a fast mounting on DIN–rail in distribution boards and panels, for residential and industrial applications.

INNOZED® has an integrated touch protection cover, that prevents from electrocution in built-in status. The use of comb-type busbars allows the positioning of the wires to be visually controlled. The use of wiring bus bars in the lower area of the terminal allows an easier insertion of the wires and visual control of the termination points at the same time.

INNOZED® allows a flexibility in the connection configuration. The fixing clamps consist of two separate compartments, that ensures a secure connection of two different wires. It is possible to use wires with different cross-sections from 4mm² to 35mm² or two similar wires up to 16mm² cross section.

The D fuse-system is the first generation of the screw fuse-system in the german DIN standard. It is still used in many installations.
Applications are low voltage ditribution units, where non trained persons are allowed to change the fuse-links.
The D fuse-range comprises the sizes NDZ, DII, DIII, DIV, DV.

The range of applications for D fuse-links "gG" is the protection of cables and power lines. They limit and cut off unacceptable overcurrents and short circuit currents up to their nominal breaking capacity. D fuse-links "gG" also protect equipments and installations against dynamic effects of high short circuit currents.

CCR fuse-holders are finger-safe under IEC standards to an IP20 grade of protection, including fuse changing (with the flick of a finger). CCR fuse-holders are available in 1, 2, 3 poles, in IEC version in a very special compact design. Multi-pole units can also be field assembled by ordering pin-ties assembly kit. CCR range is made of tough and durable thermoplastic material.
