This device answers to applications under 600VDC.

Uses of Knife Switch

Mersen Knife Switches are designed to be very compact and light with a modular and flexible design to meet your electrical circuit configuration.
They are operated manually with of an isolated handle.
They are designed to withstand up to 25.000 cycles (open-close)
To guarantee this efficiency, Mersen is testing them internally and with external partners.

The knife switch can operate under 600VDC and 800 Amp.

They are build with a modular and flexible conception where you can choose:

• Locking device for security (by key or padlocks)
• The quantity of micro switches per position
